Pine Glazed Doors: Manufacturing

We fit our pine ledged doors with clear glass panels handmade in the UK. This door comes with 4mm toughened safety glass in clear. Please contact us for other glass options if you require something different.

The glass is securely fixed into your new door with security tape and pine glass beading.  Depending on the width of the door you choose we will fit the appropriate width panel.  All of the standard panels are 510mm high and manufactured using toughened safety glass.

Pine Glazed Doors: Options

Heritage can manufacture and supply your new pine glazed doors in a range of sizes and timber grades.  Simply pick the size you need from the drop-down box, or if you need a custom size, choose the appropriate option then let us know the exact measurements.  Your new door is available with either Bead & Butt or V Grooved profile boards.  You can choose which you prefer from the drop-down boxes when ordering.

Pine Glazed Door Timber

All of our glazed pine doors are handmade in our factory in Sheffield.  Heritage deal direct with sawmills in Southern Normandy, Loire Valley, and Bourgogne areas of France to ensure we get beautiful quality pine at good prices.  We ensure that all of our pine is correctly seasoned and kiln-dried for use inside the home.

We hand make every door and check the quality prior to despatch. Our specialist staff glue, pin and then hydraulically press the ledges on to ensure a proper fit. This process is unique to Heritage. This technique makes our door by far the strongest and most durable available in the UK.

Pine Glazed Door Delivery

Our sales team will contact you as soon as your order is ready to arrange a delivery date that is most suitable with yourself. We use DX Delivery to deliver all of our large items including our pine ledged doors, or The Pallet Network for larger orders with multiple doors.

Our transit time is 1-2 working days and each product is sufficiently packaged by our efficient warehouse team.

We ask that all deliveries are checked for damage, missing items or any problems within 24 hours of receipt. This will ensure our team can deal with the problem as quick and effectively as possible.
