34mm White Flush Custom Doors – Made to Measure

Heritage are proud to introduce our brand new range of custom white engineered doors!  The finish is a standard white paint in the shade Snowflake.

White Flush Manufacture

Our doors are made using an MDF faced particleboard. Using our CNC machine, we carefully machine precise grooves into the board to create your door style. As well as rectangular, we can make your door angular for under stair cupboards, or we can even do a curved top!

Suitable for internal use only

Hardwood lippings mean the door can be trimmed down by 5mm on each side, top and bottom. However, we will make them to whatever size you need, to trimming should be unnecessary on site.

White Flush Finish

Unlike other suppliers, we sell these doors fully finished and not just primed. You will not need to treat the door any further once received! We offer white as standard, but if you require a specific colour this won’t be a problem – simply email us with the paint code or link, and we can quote this up for you. Our customers often opt for RAL, Little Greene Paint Company or Farrow & Ball.

Spray Facility

Doors are sent through our spray booth facility where they are treated with primer and 2 coats of your chosen colour. They are sanded in between each coating to give the product the smoothest finish.

 Flush CUSTOM DOOR – ORDERING PROCESS

1. Add door to basket
2. Enter your size in the notes box at checkout
3. Place your order
4. Receive an email from us within 24 hours with a diagram of the door you have ordered
5. Check your sizes and reply to our email to say you are happy to continue
6. Receive a phone call from us within 3-4 weeks to arrange a delivery date
7. Receive your brand new door on your chosen day

WHITE INTERNAL FLUSH CUSTOM DOOR: OPTIONS

We also offer an option Latch and Hinge Pack to go with your door. We recommend 1 pack per door purchased. The hinges come in a 3″ polished chrome finish and is sourced from Carlisle Brass.

Heritage also offer a variety of modern and traditional handles to choose from to compliment your new Flush custom door.

Our Carlisle Brass Serrozzetta range is an excellent option for those with a more contemporary style for their interior. These are available in a range of colours such as polished chrome, matt black and satin finishes. Privacy locks and bathroom options are also available in the same finishes.
