Manufacturing doors since 1995, at Heritage we are pleased to be expanding our unique range of custom solid timber items.

These stunning timber door sets are advantageous in a number of ways, and make the job of replacing your front door so much more practical and user friendly. With a range of designs to choose from, and our bespoke door creation service, the options are endless. Using our state of the art machinery, we can make virtually anything.

A timber door set is an external door fully assembled and fitted to a frame with all required hardware machined into it. The door and frame set is ready to be fitted straight into your opening quickly and easily, with little joinery required on site.

In each set you will receive:

• Door of choice
• Frame with our without cill
• Handle
• Lock
• Hinges
• Any add ons selected – letter boxes, spy holes, knockers, etc.

We can make our solid timber door sets to your custom requirements with our CNC machine and software. Our factory is based in Sheffield and our products are all made in the UK.

The entirety of our door glass is toughened, double glazed and is available in a range of  impressive designs suited to every home. Our glass thickness ranges from 14mm-24mm depending on style chosen

Translucent Finishes

Assuredly, our most popular finish is a clear, natural oak finish. This encapsulates the natural beauty of oak grain and highlights the premium nature of the timber. It’s the perfect choice for oak lovers!

Opaque Finishes

We offer an authentic paint matching service, simply send us your paint code and we will spray your door in your chosen shade. Favoured brands include RAL, Farrow & Ball and the Little Green Paint Company.

We source our external paint from Teknos

Hardware

Each door set comes fully equipped with a handle of choice, locking mechanism and 3-4 hinges. Letterboxes, door knockers and spyholes are also available.

All 44mm sets come with a mortice lock, or you can upgrade to a nightlatch and dead bolt option for extra security

Our 56mm sets are fitted with a multi point lock system for maximum security

Colours

Our main colours are black and stainless steel. However we can source pretty much anything, so let us know if you have a certain hardware colour in mind

Lead times for the timber door sets are subject to change, but usually range from 5-7 weeks. All door sets are dispatched via pallet courier for maximum protection and efficiency.

We will call you as soon as your order is ready to arrange a delivery date that is most suitable for you. Our warehouse can hold the item for as long as you like!
