Description

Within each pine internal door lining kits you will receive 2 x 2.1m legs and 1 x 1.05m head. Each kit comes complete with loose stop lats. This is so that you can set your own rebate depth. The linings are a generous 32mm thick.  Stop lats come in a 14 x 32mm section and are supplied loose.  The linings are a universal fit, so that you can fit them to any size door opening up to 2.1m high x 1.05m wide

Timber door lining sets are a perfect accessory to accompany your new timber door. They are also perfect for painting to match existing colours in your home.

Door Linings – Available Sizes

The oak internal door lining kits are available in the following widths: –

132mm – Normally used for stud wall using 100mm studwork + plasterboard/plaster
146mm – Normally used single course brick walls, with plasterwork

The timber is 32mm thick and comes with 14 x 32mm stop lats as standard

Door Linings – Timber

The linings are solid Vths joinery grade pine and can be trimmed to whatever thickness you require.  Each lining features both a plain face as well as a face with a 15 x 4mm groove where you need to use the door as a fire door lining.  The groove is set to centralise the intumescent seal on a 44mm internal fire door.

The smooth timber is ideal for painting or staining, we recommend giving the item a light sand before any treatment is applied.

Door Linings – Finish

The timber lengths are machined and sanded to a smooth finish before entering our warehouse. We supply them untreated for the customer to finish on site in their selected oil, varnish or paint once the door lining has been cut down to the required size.

Door Lining – Delivery

Our sales team will contact you as soon as your order is ready to arrange a delivery date that is most suitable with yourself. We use DX Delivery to deliver all of our large items and door products, or The Pallet Network for larger orders with multiple doors. Our sales team will call you to arrange a suitable delivery date as soon as your item is ready for dispatch.

Our transit time is 1-2 working days and each product is packaged by our warehouse team.

We ask that all deliveries are checked for damage, missing items or any problems within 24 hours of receipt. This will ensure our team can deal with the problem as quick and effectively as possible.
