Veneered Oak Board – Sizing

Here at Heritage, we offer the 34mm Finsa Superpan oak boards in 3 size brackets

• Micro- Maximum 1050 x 900mm
• Small – Maximum  2120 x 440mm
• Large – Maximum 2120 x 900mm

Veneered Oak Board – Construction

Finsa Superpan is a board made up of wood fibre faces and a particle interior that combines some of the main advantages of MDF and chipboard boards. Its outstanding physical-mechanical properties make Superpan a highly versatile board suitable for multiple applications

• Indoor use only

The panels can be covered with an american prime white oak veneer and are also available with oak lippings. Our state-of-the-art CNC machine enables us to cut the boards into custom sizes and shapes.

What do we use the oak boards for?

We currently use these boards for our 35mm engineered custom doors. Our CNC machine grooves in the desired patterns of the door we are making. Stiles and rails can also be added to these boards to create the ‘Mexicano’ style for example.

Veneered Oak Board – Delivery

Our sales team will contact you as soon as your order is ready to arrange a delivery date that is most suitable with yourself. We use DX Delivery to deliver all of our large items, or The Pallet Network for larger orders with multiple doors.

Our transit time is 1-2 working days and each product is sufficiently packaged by our efficient warehouse team.

We ask that all deliveries are checked for damage, missing items or any problems within 24 hours of receipt. This will ensure our team can deal with the problem as quick and effectively as possible.
