Pine Sliding Door Manufacture

A ledge door is a door with 3 or more horizontal rails that are fixed to the door. Ours are glued and pinned onto the vertical boards for maximum stability. We offer ledge doors with 3, 4 or 5 ledges depending on your personal preference. Ledged doors are also known as battened doors or ledge and brace doors if you opt to have the diagonal bracing applied.

Timber

All of our doors are handmade in our factory in Sheffield. Heritage deal direct with sawmills in Southern Normandy, Loire Valley and Bourgogne areas of France. This ensures we get beautiful quality wood at good prices.  We make sure that all of our timber is correctly seasoned and kiln dried for use inside the home.
