Scandinavian pine architrave, supplied in door kits so you have little to no waste. We offer these sets in 3 popular profiles at a standard 69mm width and 20mm in thickness.

Architrave – Pine Timber

This product is manufactured from a Vths joinery grade of Swedish pine.   The timber will have knots and will blend well with Heritage pine ledged doors. Timber architrave sets are a perfect accessory to accompany your new timber door. They are also perfect for painting to match existing colours in your home.

Benefits of Pine Architrave

Pine is a lovely timber to use for many products, due to it being readily available and it is very easy to cut and mould.  Even though pine is a softwood, it is still very strong and is more resistant to shrinkage and warping than other timbers. The grain in pine is also very attractive and can be emphasized by using a wood oil or wax. This timber is also very cost effective to buy meaning we can offer strong, quality products for affordable prices.

Pine Architrave Profiles

You can choose from one of 3 popular profiles; chamfer, bullnose (or pencil round as its sometimes called) and Torus.

Each set of consists of 2 uprights / legs at 2.1m and 1 head. Single doorway kits have the head at 1.1m and with double doorway kits the head is 2.1m.

The mouldings are finished at 69mm wide and are a generous 20mm thick. Each set is enough to do one side of each door. By supplying as sets, you do not get the wastage you often get when buying random length architrave sold by the metre.

Pine Architrave – Finish

The timber lengths are machined and sanded to a smooth finish before entering our warehouse. We supply them untreated for the customer to finish on site in their selected oil, varnish or paint once the architrave set has been cut down to the required size. The timber does contain natural grain which can be highlighted by opting to use a wax based oil or wax.

Architrave – Delivery

Our sales team will contact you as soon as your order is ready to arrange a delivery date that is most suitable with yourself. We use DX Delivery to deliver all of our large items and door products, or The Pallet Network for larger orders with multiple doors.

Our transit time is 1-2 working days and each product is sufficiently packaged by our efficient warehouse team.

We ask that all deliveries are checked for damage, missing items or any problems within 24 hours of receipt. This will ensure our team can deal with the problem as quick and effectively as possible.
