FD30 Custom Victorian Clear Glazed Oak Fire Door

Victorian clear glazed oak fire doors are hugely popular choices for contemporary homes. Until now custom sized fire doors have been a real problem, taking up to 20 weeks to arrive from the Far East. Heritage manufactures custom size and shaped FD30 fire doors right here in our factory in the UK.   We are the only company in the UK manufacturing custom-sized 4 Panel oak fire doors.

These 4 panel doors are made as shaker doors.  We can also manufacture them with ovolo beading, please state your preference when ordering

Custom Doors – Made in the UK

Until now all Victorian 4 Panel oak fire doors have been manufactured in the far east and therefore if you needed a custom size then these had to be ordered specially.  They take a minimum of 18-22 weeks to arrive, and regularly much longer.  We regularly hear of these orders then arriving with issues, with any replacement another 22 weeks away!

Heritage has built a CNC production facility in Sheffield especially to manufacture popular fire door styles in custom sizes in the UK.  This means that we can offer these doors in significantly less time, and you know you are dealing directly with a UK manufacturer.

• 44mm Thick
• Solid oak stiles and rails
• 4mm trimming allowance on all 4 sides
• Fire rated core
• Weight: 33 to 53 Kg
• White oak prime veneer to central panels
• Unfinished, can be optionally spray finished

• FD30S fire door
• Supplied with FD30S certification with the core tested by Warrington Fire to BS476: part 22: 1987
• Drop down smoke seal hidden in the underside of the door
• Door must be installed with FD30S intumescent brush seals to the door frame.  Details provided in installation instructions

We aim to keep our service offer simple yet effective, therefore these doors are offered at a fixed price whatever size you need.  Custom size doors can be manufactured in any size up to a maximum of 2150 x 930 for this price (please call us if you need a larger size).
