Return Policy

We reserve the right to charge refund charges where the purchaser is returning some portion of the goods (total amount described in the invoice) due to over ordering or where some portion of the goods are no longer required.   This only applies if goods were correctly supplied by The Heritage Doors & Floors LTD.  At present, we deduct 35% of the invoice price for our costs in handling and returning the goods to their original moisture content.  We limit the return of goods manufactured specifically to customers requirements.  This clause does not affect your normal statutory or legal rights as a consumer.  There is a seven days term to return the goods to us.  Please note that you must be send an email to our support team and ask for a returns number before to write on your boxes.  Only based on that returns number and after checking the goods we will be able to make refunds.  All goods must be recieved in the same condition as they were sent out, in the orginal packing.  Returns are subject to 15-20% charge of the inital order to cover our distributor or manufacturer restocking costs and other costs that will occur.  collection in mainland uk is £60, this is excluding the heritage range goods as these are £120, but if the original order had a delivery surcharge then this will also apply.
All goods must be re-packed as they were recieved.  Refunds will be made to the payment card that was initially used to make the purchase, within 7 days of cancellation.  Returns can not be accepted on special order products.  To cancel your order, you must contact Heritage Doors & floors ltd by either writing, by fax 0114 247 0869, by email: hdfltfd@btopenworld.com.
