It is a smooth surfaced material with a closed cell structure which gives the product unique physical properties. It is also CFC and HCFC free. BARRIER FOAM UNDERLAY is supplied in rolls of 1m width and 15m length with a thickness of 3mm. The green foam is laminated with a 40 micron clear moisture or vapour barrier to block moisture transfusion from the sub floor and eventually damage the wooden floorings (click systems and normal glue systems). BARRIER FOAM UNDERLAY is used in wooden or concrete buildings as an impact sound deadner to reduce the transmission of impact sound through party floors, where the transmission of air borne sound can be reduced by the closed air gaps. BARRIER FOAM UNDERLAY should be stored on a clean flat surface and should be protected from direct sunlight
