The Rustic grade American White Oak is suitable for the Older property. Within the Rustic oak some planks will contain a few small knots, while others may contain larger rustic knots which may require some filling by the end user if preferred. There will be open or dead knots within this grade, cracks, shakes or splits. If you would prefer to view something with less character in the door, why not view our Prime grade doors.

The prime grade American White Oak is suitable for the more modern property. The prime oak will contain small thumb nail sized knots in some boards while other boards will be clear. There are no open or dead knots within this grade,cracks, shakes or splits.
If you would prefer to view some character in the door, why not view our character/rustic grade.

Manufacture

• Specially kiln Dried
• Low moisture content - 6-10%
• Doors are made by laminating two pieces of solid oak together – this gives the door added strength which makes the door less likely to bow or twist.
• Nail holes are visible within this door on all 3 ledges due to the construction (these can be filled by the end user if preferred). 
• Door Supplied unfinished
• Supplied with a V-Grooved profile
• Supplied with Bead & Butt profile
• Supplied with no braces. 

You can choose whether you have your oak door with a bead & butt profile or with a V-Groove profile, please select below which you require.

Sizes

• 40mm thick
• Available in standard sizes of - 2'0'', 2'3'', 2'6'' & 2'9'' - all by 6'6'' height
